VISION 

The vision of the STARS project is to improve learning outcomes and governance processes using technology-centric, innovation-driven interventions that can be scaled up depending on the lessons learned. Likewise, to follow the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020's Quality Based Learning Outcomes

V. Strengthening Vocational education in schools through mainstreaming, career guidance and counselling, internships and coverage of out of school children
